NEW “Course Reporter” Program: “Thunderbird Trailblazers”
AKA: BEHIND THE SCENES, MEDIA ACCESS, LPGA TOUR PARNER OPPORTUNITY.
DATE: Thursday, March 26th
LOCATION: Whirlwind Golf club @ LPGA Ford Championship
TIME COMMITMENT: 12 pm - 5:30 PM
REQUEST: ONLY OPEN TO 5 GIRLS - must be 13. Includes access for girls + 1 adult each.
3 different tour stops: Scoring Control & 18 Green | Driving Range | Golf Channel
Compound & Booth
SAMPLE PLAN:
1:30pm Arrivals & Lunch
1:45pm Welcome & Program Debrief
1:50pm - 2:15pm Media Center Tour & Mock Interview
2:30pm – 4:00pm Rotating stations every 20 – 30 minutes
(Golf Channel Compound/Booth, Driving Range/Main Entrance, 18 green/Scoring tent)
4:00pm Debrief
Surprise & Delight
5:00pm Program end
Format: each tour guide takes a group of 5 to a location, spend 20 – 30 minutes per stop
MUST Be willing to represent Girls Golf Brand.
Please come camera-ready! Golf attire - Girls Golf logo shirt and/or Girls Golf HAT - I will also have some on hand if you need one. Pink is always appreciated!
