Cori Matheson is the Director of The LPGA*USGA Girls Golf of Phoenix {since 2013}, the largest & most active Girls Golf Chapter in the world. The Girls Golf of Phoenix is a 501(c)(3) subsidiary program of Junior Golf Association of Arizona (JGAA) and supported by the LPGA Foundation.

Through Girls Golf, Cori strives to provide
Phoenix Area girls with an empowering passion for golf, an environment to energize & engage the girls as well as grow the game of golf.
Cori has 30+ years of Junior Golf Experience as a competitive player & strong leader in the Phoenix area Junior Golf Scene. In addition to her role with Girls Golf, she has held multiple tournament & management positions with The Southwest Section PGA, The Junior Golf Association of Arizona & The First Tee of Phoenix. She was a recognized Coach with The First Tee & was as a traveling national Trainer for The First Tee home office in 2012.
Cori is Class A LPGA Professional and LPGA Member since 2016. Cori is a proud Girls Golf of Phoenix Alumni who played on scholarship at Flagler College in St. Au​​gustine, Florida where she graduated with a degree in Sport Management & Business.

Cori has been recognized by the LPGA Central Section with the Marilynn Smith Service Award in 2203. She was a Phoenix Biz Journal 40 under 40 nominee, an award winner for "Moms Making a Difference" (MASK), a proud member of a National LPGA Marketing Committee and LPGA Girls Golf Expert Committee, and she is an alumni Leader of U & Improved. She is plays a strong role in women's golf in Arizona, and she is heavily involved with numerous Phoenix networking groups. Cori is a board member and leader/supporter for Amy's Village (I GOT THIS FOUNDATION).

Sharing her passion for motherhood is Cori's purpose. Cori has 3 girls... Her daughter, Bradley Rose, and 2 bonus girls, Mia & Reed! Her husband, Rick, is amazing and you might see all of them at events!
